How does the booking process work?

You’re ready to book your floral preservation but aren’t sure how it works. With us booking with us is easy! All you have to do is:


1. Set your date

2. Book via our online form

3. Pay a deposit of 25% of your final invoice

4. Ship your flowers within 5 days of your event

To book is simple! Just fill out a form based on your event. We not only preserve wedding bouquets but flowers from other significant events as well such as anniversaries, memorials, and graduations. When you fill out the form, we just need to know what size and type of floral preservation (Pressed Piece or Floral Block) you want to book. You don’t have to worry about any design decisions until after we have received your flowers!

After we receive your order form we will get back to you with availability and an invoice. Only 25% of your total is required to book with us and we offer an interest-free payment plan for every booking!

Just like any other vendor, we also recommend booking ahead of your wedding date (or event date) due to limited availability.


After you are booked, we will send simple and easy flower care and shipping instructions! If you’re local to the Dallas, TX area we can schedule a time for you to drop off your flowers at our office. To work with your fresh flowers we need to receive your flowers within 5 days of your event.
