Shipping

Your flowers to us—

You are responsible for shipping your flowers to us within 5 days of your event.

If your flowers are shipped to the incorrect address, you are liable for the loss or damage of your flowers. We will communicate the most updated shipping and care information via email the week prior to your event date. If flowers are not received within the week of booking, we have the right to cancel your order and no refunds or exchanges will be given. In addition, we are not responsible for the packages being shipped to old addresses. See our flower shipping guide for further information.

Finished pieces to you—

Shipping is not included in the quoted price and you are responsible for covering all fees for shipping to and from our facilities. Shipping will be calculated and billed at a date after your order has been placed.

There will be an excessive shipping cost for out of the country/Hawaii/Alaska orders.

Final invoices will be issued after the design review if any changes (upgrades/add-ons/updates) are made and if shipping applies (unless you’re picking up). All invoices must be paid in full prior to the artwork going into production.

Completed pieces must be paid for and picked up or shipped within two weeks of completion. We will not ship or allow any orders that have not been paid in full to be picked up. Artwork left in our care for over two weeks will be subject to our storage fee of 10% of the total order. If after 15 days no payment has been received, Designs by Andrea has the right to cancel all orders.

Artwork turnaround is an estimated 6-months from the arrival of the flowers. The Estimated completion will vary depending on high-volume wedding seasonality, payment plans, and any quality check delays. With an estimated completion, customers should not expect to have completed artwork exactly 6-months to the date the flowers were shipped.

In the event that your piece is stolen or lost by FedEx, any insurance funds will be used to either refund the total of your damaged order up to $1,000 dollars or cover the cost to recreate your piece.
