CEO + FOUNDER

Andrea

Andrea Cole is the CEO of DBANDREA®, a nationally recognized flower preservation studio established in 2016. Under her leadership, the company has elevated modern preservation into a refined, heirloom-quality art form serving clients across the country. DBANDREA is proud to serve as the Official Flower Preservation Partner of Miss America, reinforcing its national presence and industry leadership.

A serial entrepreneur, Andrea is also the Host of Bridal Club™, a leading wedding industry podcast spotlighting top professionals nationwide, and Co-Founder of No Surrender, a platform centered on resilience and high-performance leadership. She co-owns and operates real estate and media ventures alongside her husband.

In addition, Andrea serves as Director of Marketing and Communications for the WIPA Dallas–Fort Worth chapter, where she is committed to strengthening the wedding industry and fostering meaningful collaboration among its members.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Patty

Patty serves as Operations Manager at DBANDREA, overseeing the systems, standards, and daily execution that support our national growth. With a strong background in production leadership, she brings structure, clarity, and accountability to every department within the studio.

She is deeply committed to operational excellence, ensuring that every client experience and every preserved piece reflects the level of quality DBANDREA is known for.

Outside of work, Patty enjoys time with her husband and two grown children, and has a passion for hosting and creating beautiful, joy-filled gatherings.

PODCAST PRODUCER + BRAND MARKETING

Vickie

Vickie leads Brand Marketing at DBANDREA while also serving as Podcast Producer for Bridal Club™. She oversees the voice and visual expression of our brand across digital platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and excellence in every client touchpoint.

From producing and editing each Bridal Club™ episode to managing email marketing, blog content, and curating our online gallery, Vickie plays a key role in how DBANDREA is presented and experienced nationwide. Her attention to detail and creative oversight help protect and elevate the integrity of our brand.

Outside of work, she enjoys writing, spending time with her family, and meeting friends for coffee.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Tiffany

With over two decades in the wedding dress industry, Tiffany brings seasoned expertise and a deep understanding of the bridal journey to DBANDREA. She thoughtfully guides clients through our process and design consultations, delivering an experience defined by care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Recently married herself, Tiffany cherishes time with her husband and close friends outside of work.

SENIOR RESIN ARTIST + DEPARTMENT LEAD

Jess

Meet Jess, our shining star. Jess is the heart and soul of our team, often referred to as 'our star is born.' Her journey with us has been nothing short of remarkable, transitioning from pressing flowers to taking the lead of our resin department team. Jess embodies the essence of meticulous craftsmanship, continuously pushing the boundaries to enhance and elevate the quality and designs that define our work.

While she may be somewhat reserved in nature, Jess's work resonates loudly and passionately. Jess enjoys jazz music, has a deep love of cars, and is a fan of La La Land.

LEAD PRESSED ARTIST

Allie

With a passion for art and a keen eye for color, Allie breathes life into your pressed flower preservation pieces. Committed to her craft, she continually elevates our techniques and quality standards. We consider ourselves truly fortunate to have Allie as an invaluable part of our team.

Beyond her talent in flower preservation, Allie loves to express her creativity in various ways including oil and acrylic paintings and even in her personal style.

PRODUCTION ARTIST

Phung

Phung is a gifted Production Artist whose quiet nature is beautifully balanced by her bold artistic talent. She works in our Resin Department, where she helps transform blooms into lasting works of art. A recent transplant to Texas, Phung has embraced learning from the team and bringing her creativity to life in every piece.

Fun fact: she experienced hail for the first time this year and now has plenty of Texas stories to tell.

CONSULTANT

Carmen

Carmen serves as a business consultant and is the mother of our founder, Andrea. With her own experience as a business owner, Carmen is a valuable member of our advisory team.

Originally from Tampico, Mexico, she cherishes opportunities to visit her hometown whenever possible.

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Cameron

Cameron leads Special Projects at DBANDREA, overseeing strategic initiatives that support the company’s continued growth. After three years working in-house across marketing, partnerships, and brand expansion, she brings both experience and perspective to every new undertaking.

Her work is centered on advancing key priorities that shape the next chapter of DBANDREA.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys time with her husband and young daughters.
