DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS
Drop offs are by appointment only. If someone is dropping off your flowers for you, please make sure they follow these drop off instructions thoroughly.
FLOWER CARE
Before Drop Off
For best results, keep your flowers in water while waiting for your drop off appointment.
- Cut the stems (about ½ an inch) at an angle, and place your bouquet in fresh water. Be careful not to drown your stems.
- Change water daily and add flower food.
- Keep your flowers in a cool location. If possible, place them in your fridge as long as it is set to a temperature that won't freeze them.
SCHEDULE YOUR DROP OFF
Drop Off Instructions
Drop offs are by appointment only. We will email you a scheduler prior to your event date for you to set up an appointment.
Schedule your drop off for the Monday following your event. If your event falls on a holiday weekend, please schedule your drop off for the Tuesday following your event.
Please fill out and bring this inventory form to your drop off appointment, which details all of the contents of the package you're dropping off. We cannot accept your drop off without this form.
We are available to accept drop offs between 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

A design form will be emailed to you 6-8 weeks after we receive your flowers, and it must be completed within 5 days of receipt. Order is subject to delay or cancellation if not submitted within 5 days. Once your design form is submitted, we will email you to set up a 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your design preferences and customization options.
