CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER 

 

This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. The Client Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are translated properly and understood by all internal departments that may handle any issues pertaining to the client’s work. They also assist with data processing, handle complaints and ensure that customers get the best possible experience. In general, this position acts as a link between our company and our clients or customers, and they are responsible for assessing client’s needs and finding ways to meet them in order to maintain good relationships.

Responsibilities:

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries

  • Develops, tracks and reports key performance measurements

  • Develops and implements process and procedures to improve operational efficiency

  • Oversees cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers

  • Manages the customer service operations, which deals directly with customers and is the first point of contact

  • Manages CRM database

  • Handles all bridal design consultations

  • Effectively uses software programs: email, word, excel, google docs, phone applications

  • Data entry and reporting

  • Updates customer information

  • Manages calendar and tracking of all bridal bouquets

  • Processes invoices

  • Ensures the customer experience strategies are aligned

  • Provides quick response to client inquiries and questions using social media platforms as an avenue for prompt resolution of customer issues.

  • Collects and track customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered

  • Maintains a positive and empathetic attitude to our customers and peers at all times

  • Creates and implement processes and procedures that enhance customers experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role

  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette

  • Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Experience with CRM systems required

  • Fluent English skills in comprehension and verbal & written manner

  • Flexibility & dependability

  • Team working skills

  • Problem-solving skills

Pay:

$41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing our product online. You are responsible for putting together various promotions and e-mail campaigns to get our message out and performing consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers through all social media channels.

Responsibilities:

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals

  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, social media account)

  • Manage end-to-end digital projects

  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness

  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media

  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency

  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability

  • Monitor ROI and KPIs

  • Stay up to date with digital media developments

  • Oversee all product photography and related files

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Marketing, Digital media or relevant field

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing

  • Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager

  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software

  • Know how to plan, create and implement a digital marketing strategy

  • Understand the key measurement tools available

  • Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively

  • Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithm

  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills

  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)

  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
